A FORMER ARCHITECT AND DESIGNER, KATHERINE NEVER GAVE UP HER LOVE FOR PASTRY. TO HER PASTRY AND CAKES ARE JUST SIMPLY JUST ANOTHER MEDIUM TO DESIGN WITH- ALBEIT A MORE DELICIOUS ONE! CREATING REALISTIC AND COLORFUL SUGAR FLOWERS, PAINTING, AND SCULPTING CAKES, SHE BRINGS ALL THE DESIGN AND ARCHITECTURAL CONCEPTS OF HER BACKGROUND WITH AN ELEMENT OF THE UNEXPECTED TO HER CAKES.

SHE RECEIVED HER DIPLOMA IN PASTRY ARTS FROM THE INTERNATIONAL CULINARY CENTER AND HONED HER BAKING SKILLS AT DOMINIQUE ANSEL, CREATING WHIMSICAL DESSERTS. SHE FELL IN LOVE WITH CAKE DESIGN AS WAY TO FURTHER UTILIZE HER DESIGN SKILLS AND SATISFY HER CREATIVE SIDE WHILE WORKING WITH SOME OF THE TOP CAKE ARTISTS.

WITH KATHERINE ELIZABETH’S CAKES, SHE CONTINUES TO PURSUE HER PASSION FOR DESIGN AND STRIVING TO ALWAYS PUSH HER SCULPTURAL AND GRAPHIC IDEAS FURTHER WITH EVERY UNIQUE CAKE! 


A Little  bit about how she works-
Each cake she makes is a completely one of a kind cake- meaning that she’ll work with you to design a cake that is totally unique to you. There’s no set flavor list, so we’re happy to work with you on what tastes/mood you’d like to create. Some recent favorites include raspberry and rose, chocolate passionfruit, and banana and coconut.
